Frequently Asked Questions

How does the meeting planner work?
Add cities in different time zones and the planner shows a 24-hour timeline for each. Drag or use arrow keys to find a time that falls within business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) for all participants.
What are business hours?
Business hours are shown as 9 AM to 5 PM local time for each city, highlighted in green. Night hours (10 PM - 6 AM) are shaded differently. Off-hours are the remaining time slots.
Can I share the planner with my team?
Yes. Use the share button to copy a link with your selected cities and meeting time encoded in the URL. Team members opening the link see the same configuration.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. The planner uses current time zone rules including DST. Times adjust automatically when DST starts or ends in each region.
How many cities can I compare?
Add as many cities as needed. The timeline expands vertically for each city. For very large groups, consider splitting into regional sub-meetings.
